All purchases made through VERVE PROJECTS are considered final sale. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds for any products once an order has been placed and confirmed. By completing a purchase, the customer acknowledges and agrees to these terms.
DAMAGE OR DEFECTIVE CONDITION
Exceptions may only be made in the case of items received in damaged or defective condition, and such claims must be submitted within two (2) business days of delivery. Any approved exceptions are made at the sole discretion of VERVE PROJECTS.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
